Founder & CEO
ERNEST J. CLARK
Raised in church, Ernest’s principles as a Christian man has given him a clear vision of who he is supposed to be in the community. His foundation in the church has made him more receptive and open minded to the children he’s fostered. Ernest believes that “it is important that I touch someone’s life.” Ernest adds, “I want to be a great role model, mentor, brother, uncle and father to the children in my care.”
In 2000, Ernest started a nonprofit organization called Elite Nu Diamond (E.N.D). E.N.D.’s purpose was to provide an alternative outlet for kids and young adults to participate. Since E.N.D.’s inception, it has grown and expanded its original focus. Through Elite Nu Diamond, Inc., Ernest hopes to build transitional and independant living homes for children aging out of the foster care system in the near future.

As a result, she went back to Fairleigh Dickinson University where she later completed a Master in Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
Ayeisha holds a state license in Mental Health Counseling. Ayeisha hopes to honor the life and legacy of her grandmother by working with E.N.D. The goal is to be a resource to children and families with life’s challenging transitions.
